Returns are handled in a few simple steps:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Send us an email or call us describing the reason of return and your proposed action. Maybe you would like another colour, product, refund or credit on your next order.<\/li><li><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> Securely package the product, adding your name and a copy or short summary of our communication in the box.<\/li><li><strong>Step 3<\/strong>: Send it to us, preferably with an insured shipping service. The shipping costs are on you so many choose the most affordable service.
